    PROJECT TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

    1) Take detailed briefs from the clients to identify the right design and product outcome that will deliver on client needs, expectations, and budget to ensure a positive experience. 2) Providing lighting design, Lighting Calculation using Relux Lighting Software, and identifying the proper lighting products and the wiring accessories, if needed, as per client specification. 3) Responsible for documenting phase services including lighting layouts, specifications, and details. 4) Responsible for generating lighting drawings utilizing AutoCAD, Quantity take-off from the AutoCAD drawing, and preparation of BOQ. 5) Preparing technical specification sheets, MAC Submittals, Proposals, Offers, and Quotes. 6) Preparation of Operational & Maintenance Manual and Training Manual. 7) Dealing with technical queries and troubleshooting the complaints at the site. 8) Estimating the total material cost and the labor cost for the entire project. 9) Purchasing, coordinating with suppliers for the timely delivery of orders, arranging logistics.
