Art Director

- Ensure department plans are implemented and followed appropriately. - Ensure operational targets are controlled and followed correctly. - Ensure the team is suitably skilled and receives the necessary training / guidance to perform their daily duties. - Regularly follow-up with the team to conduct reviews of project tasks / daily tasks to assess progress and review any issues. - Conduct quality assurance of the work conducted by the team and accordingly provide guidance where required. - Check there is alignment in understanding between the customer and the team in terms of scope and follow- up project deadlines– step-in when needed. - Ensure oversight of the project scope and the delivery status and report to line management. - Provides visual direction across all visual formats across design, multimedia and social media. - Developing compelling designs for social platforms including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. - Guides other designers in the development of all skills relevant to their growth as professional designers. - Generates innovative ideas, develops design approaches, and produces creative content. - Determines which media and design elements to use to support concepts and tell compelling stories. - Designs graphics, illustrations, infographics, social media designs. - Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team. - Manages junior designers and content writers to execute on creative concepts as needed - Thinks strategically and collaborates with internal teams through ideas to execution - Quickly handles assignments

Senior Graphic Designer

- Create new and original designs from scratch for brands based on client specification, needs and brand image - Supervise projects to ensure that all materials ordered arrive upon agreed time and are in good shape to obtain maximum results - Make sure that job deadlines are met in due time, ensuring that job quality is nothing short of the best - Create and maintain files for all creative assets and resources, such as software, art materials, and special fonts, which are needed for record keeping and referencing - Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations - Facilitate product campaigns and marketing via emails, microsites and other landing pages to boost client to customer interactions Liaise with other members of the graphic design team to maximize creativity and excellence in performance and delivery
